About the Artist

Combining his natural talent and training over the years, Robert Peterson creates beauty through the lens of his camera and with woodworking. Whether taking photos at weddings, group events or portraits, Bob has a gift of capturing the essence of people through the lens of his camera. 

As a long-distance cyclist who also likes hiking and being out in nature, Bob appreciates the magnificent splendor that surrounds him.  He uses his camera to share what he sees.

Bob is an accomplished woodcrafter who has perfected the intricacies of making very detailed inlaid boxes. He crafts lazy-Susans, charcuterie boards and coasters out of live-edge deciduous wood, bringing out the natural grain to add wonderful character and warmth to his work.
