Our artists are invited into a bold, collaborative challenge: create visual artwork inspired by live theatrical performances. 🍷 Drinking Habits
A fast-paced, laugh-out-loud farce filled with wine, secrets, mistaken identities, and rekindled romance. Set inside a convent with undercover reporters posing as clergy, paranoia brews as everyone tries to protect what they love most.
Art Inspiration: Humor, secrecy, dual identities, tradition vs. rebellion, love rediscovered. Playful. Dramatic. Clever. So much room to have fun here.We cannot wait to see how YOU bring these performances to life visually. Let’s blur the lines between stage and studio.

Theme: Objets d’Amuse Elevate the everyday. This exhibition explores the beauty of the mundane—items we often overlook, reimagined as extraordinary treasures. We are seeking works that demonstrate the "unexpected transmutation" of ordinary objects into fine art through masterful technique, precious materials, or unique perspective.
Mediums & Style We welcome submissions in all media, including:
Two-Dimensional: Painting, Photography, Mixed Media.
Three-Dimensional: Clay, Glass, Sculpture.
Style: Open to all interpretations, from meticulous Realism to evocative Abstraction.

A classic Agatha Christie mystery where a murder is advertised in advance—and actually happens. Twists, hidden motives, and Miss Marple’s sharp intuition drive this suspenseful, elegant whodunit.

GFA is a volunteer-driven 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to supporting the arts. Your entry fees directly fund the exhibition, enabling us to showcase diverse artistic voices and enrich our community.
STUDIO RENTALS
Ground Floor Artists provides affordable artist studio space rental in Surprise, Arizona for artists in all media, as well as gallery space, artist studios, open studio and classroom space. We welcome both individual artists and groups.

At Ground Floor Artists (GFA), we believe instructors should focus on what they do best: creating and teaching. We have designed a "burden-free" teaching environment that removes financial barriers and handles the heavy lifting of administration, allowing you to focus entirely on your students and your craft.

Our teaching model is designed to be simple, supportive, and empowering for artists of all disciplines.
No Instructor Fees: There are no upfront costs or hourly fees to teach in our space.
Sustainability: To keep our mission moving forward, a small space-use fee is added directly to student registrations.
Full Admin Support: GFA manages the entire registration process, processes all payments, and handles student inquiries and refunds.
Guaranteed Enrollment: Students are fully registered and "locked in" at the time of payment, which minimizes last-minute cancellations and no-shows.
Reliable Payouts: Instructors are paid twice monthly for their classes via Zelle or check.

We’ve streamlined our submission process to be quick and digital.
Submit Your Proposal: Fill out our Digital Class Submission Form. You’ll be asked to provide your class description, syllabus, and any specific supply needs.
Review & Setup: Once submitted, our Education Department Lead, Vicki, will review your proposal and guide you through the scheduling process.
Launch: We’ll build your class page and begin active marketing to ensure a strong enrollment.
Note: While GFA provides robust marketing support, we always encourage instructors to cross-promote their classes to their own networks for the best possible turnout.
