Are You a Passionate Artist and Educator?
Teach at Ground Floor Artists!

At Ground Floor Artists (GFA), we believe instructors should focus on what they do best: creating and teaching. We have designed a "burden-free" teaching environment that removes financial barriers and handles the heavy lifting of administration, allowing you to focus entirely on your students and your craft.

  • Our teaching model is designed to be simple, supportive, and empowering for artists of all disciplines.

    • No Instructor Fees: There are no upfront costs or hourly fees to teach in our space.

    • Sustainability: To keep our mission moving forward, a small space-use fee is added directly to student registrations.

    • Full Admin Support: GFA manages the entire registration process, processes all payments, and handles student inquiries and refunds.

    • Guaranteed Enrollment: Students are fully registered and "locked in" at the time of payment, which minimizes last-minute cancellations and no-shows.

    • Reliable Payouts: Instructors are paid twice monthly for their classes via Zelle or check.

  • When you teach at GFA, you gain access to our growing community of art enthusiasts. We provide:

    • Email Advertisements: Your classes are featured in our newsletter.

    • Social Media Promotion: Regular spotlights across our social platforms.

    • On-Site Exposure: Consistent visibility to visitors and supporters of our gallery.

  • We’ve streamlined our submission process to be quick and digital.

    1. Submit Your Proposal: Fill out our Digital Class Submission Form. You’ll be asked to provide your class description, syllabus, and any specific supply needs.

    2. Review & Setup: Once submitted, our Education Department Lead, Vicki, will review your proposal and guide you through the scheduling process.

    3. Launch: We’ll build your class page and begin active marketing to ensure a strong enrollment.

Note: While GFA provides robust marketing support, we always encourage instructors to cross-promote their classes to their own networks for the best possible turnout.
