About the Artist
I’ve dabbled in many art forms over the years, but when I started working with clay, I knew I was hooked. It challenges me and surprises me all the time. To take a lump of clay and turn it into a beautiful and functional piece of art is very satisfying. I use clay to share my love of the desert and other historical places that are dear to me. I often use vintage license plates in my creations. Each one brings its own story to the piece and connects us to our past.
